FIXING MINOR CRACKS IN ACOUSTIC GUITARS
I use water thin super glue which really penetrates the crack and stabilizes it (available from www.stewmac.com).
With a small brush paint a soft wax (I find that hair wax works well) on either side of the crack to protect the surface from the super glue.
Never use super glue directly from the bottle! That is an accident waiting to happen.
Wash out an old yogurt pot turn it upside down and put a small pool of super glue on it, use a toothpick to gradually drop the glue into the crack one drop at a time until the crack is fixed, then wipe off the wax either side of the crack and allow 24 hours to harden.
